Our construction teams work across new build, refurbishment and conversion projects, taking responsibility for the full build programme — groundworks and substructure, superstructure and envelope, first and second fix, and final finishes through to practical completion.
Projects are run by experienced site and contracts management, supported by directly engaged trades and an established supply chain. That gives clients realistic programmes, controlled costs and a single point of accountability from pre-construction through to handover.
We work with private clients, developers, architects, quantity surveyors and property owners, and are comfortable operating under traditional, negotiated or design & build procurement routes with full CDM compliance throughout.

Design & build capability
Where a scheme is at concept stage, we can coordinate the design, appoint and manage the consultant team, support planning and building regulations submissions, and then deliver the construction — a single concept-to-completion route with one point of responsibility.
Pre-construction and programme
Early engagement allows us to test buildability, value engineer where it adds genuine benefit, and set out a realistic construction programme before work starts on site. Clients receive clear cost information and a defined sequence of works.
Quality and compliance
Work is delivered to current British Standards and building regulations, with site inspections, quality checks and a structured snagging and handover process. Health and safety is managed under CDM 2015 with method statements and risk assessments for each phase.
